Frank Wolter studied economics at the University of Münster. After that he worked as assistant professor in the field of environmental management at the Institute of Marketing (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Meffert). In 2001 he received his doctoral degree. Until summer 2002 he taught environmental management and business at the University of Münster.He is an economist, and studied a PHD in philosophy of Marketing/Management at the University of Muenster, in Germany.


He also has other studies as Environmental Management and Environmental Economics at the University of Muenster in Germany. Moreover, He is manager of public relations and operations of "PlatformelectroMobility" InnoZ ( Innovation Centre of Mobility and Societal Change. Dr. Wolter coordinates the EMobility project. It is a Project of investigation financed by federal resources, where electric cars are integrated (e-cars) in a concept of shared cars.
