Vice Chairman of the Architects Regional Councial Asia, Vice Chairman of the Architectural
Society of China, Former Vice Director of Department of Laws & Regulations and Counsel
of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC.

He once studied urban finance and planning in Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies, Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is adhered to the research of Tibetan architectural culture and Chinese architectural culture, which has played a positive and important role in the protection of Lasa old city and reconstruction work after the Wenchuan earthquake and Yushu earthquake. He is the author of “An Introduction of Tibetan Traditional Culture”. He has organized nearly 100 lectures in colleges and Institutions and was widely praised by all circles of the society.
